Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account right in the Swapp app.

On iPhone

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the menu (☰) in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Tap “Account removing”.
  5. Confirm with “Yes, remove”.

On Android

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Open More.
  5. Tap “Delete account” and confirm with “Yes, delete”.

What happens to your data

  • Once you confirm, we delete or anonymize the personal data associated with the account within 1 day.
  • We do not retain your data beyond legal requirements.

Can’t access the app?

Email us at notifications@swapp.fashionwith the phone number you use to sign in to Swapp, and we will delete the account manually.
